Our Video Transfer Format Recommendations

We recommend converting all film and videotape formats to MP4, a universal video format for Smart TV, Apple, Android, PC, or any device. You can play MP4 video content with many different applications available free from the Web. To watch your videos from a USB device or portable disc drive device, press the "Menu" button on your Smart TV, go to "Source," and select the USB Device or Connected Device option. Next, locate and select the MP4 file name you want to watch on your television, and press "Enter" on your remote to play the video. Your specific television model may require application software to be loaded (free) from the Web. External media players are available for older television models (non-Smart TVs) in the general marketplace.

The videos are amazing. I brought in tapes that were old /damaged and the owner managed to repair them. The owner is easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The location was nice - in down town Norcross. I wouldn’t bring my tapes and memories any where else.

Charles Franck of Home Video Studio/Norcross produced marvelous photos from negatives over 100 years old. The images were crisp and clear. I was able to identify family members from the early 1900s and have snapshots of life at that time. I highly recommend Mr. Franck who is a master of his craft.
